Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

Returns are accepted no questions asked, and items may be returned in any condition, whether opened, unopened, used, or unused.

A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that international shipping times may vary and take longer than domestic shipments.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be sent back with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
